Welcome to Dennis Waters Rental Properties located in Allenhurst, Georgia, nestled between Walthourville and Hinesville-The Home of the 3rd Infantry Division. For nearly 40 years, we have been renting to service members and their families. We have a property for everyone.
Dennis A. Waters Jr. was a lifelong resident of Liberty County, Georgia. He graduated from Bradwell Institute in 1968. He earned an Associate degree in Business Administration from South Georgia Junior College. Then in 1973, he received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern College.
Upon graduation from Georgia Southern College, Dennis started in the contracting business with the United States Army at Fort Stewart, Georgia. He also purchased a 45-unit mobile home park from his parents. He continued to purchase property to develop into mobile home parks. He currently owns and manages mobile home parks and several commercial shopping centers in the Liberty County
