Our standard amenities include:
• Home wiring is convenient and easy. All living areas and bedrooms are wired for phone and cable. Kitchens are wired for
phone and both the family room and master bedroom are wired for ceiling fans that are double switched. Exterior lights for
each exterior door and garage door are standard.
• We install a 7/16” Aladdin Carpet by Mohawk on top of a 6 pound rebond pad for all living and bedroom areas. Tile is
standard in the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and wood laminate floors in the entry foyer. From our stock, you have many
choices of cabinets, counter-tops, handles, and knobs.
• Interior living areas will be painted antique white or light beige. You can chose colors for kitchens and bathrooms from our
stock.
• Our appliances come standard in either almond, white, or black with other upgrades available. Our standard appliances are
the range and hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Ventless gas fireplaces come standard in all of our homes.
• While you are relaxing outside, you will enjoy a full front yard and half of side yards of centipede sod watered by a two-zone
automatic sprinkler system. All mailboxes are standard and will be bricked in the same color as your home.
• All of our home buyers are protected by a 2/10 Home Buyers Warranty program.
To keep homes affordable and on schedule, we do our best to keep multiple selections and high quantities of
exterior and interior supplies in stock. Our stock is subject to change without notice. We will work with you to find
the appropriate replacement or upgrade.
